No-load Loss Assurance Measures:
Based on the sales contract and core diameter requirements, the Production Technology Department shall reasonably select silicon steel sheets and allocate reasonable process margins (process coefficients) for shearing and stacking. If the shearing and stacking processes are normal, but the no-load loss deviation exceeds ±3%, the design personnel will be held accountable. After receiving the calculation drawings, the Core Processing Workshop must first verify the drawings to see if they meet the process margins. If there are any doubts, they must communicate with the Technology Department in a timely manner for adjustments. If failure to communicate results in rework, the workshop itself will bear the labor costs.
Transformer Core Processing Quality Management Methods - Shearing Workshop:
Before shearing, silicon steel sheets must be selected and processed (addressing curled edges, curled corners, rust, etc.). Any silicon steel sheets with creases or other defects must not be used. Rough handling (such as excessive bending or impact of silicon steel sheets) is strictly prohibited during operation. If rough handling is discovered, it will be handled according to the Quality Management Reward and Punishment Policy. If new hard damages are caused by rough handling, the operator must compensate the company for the losses; if the responsible person cannot be identified, the workshop will bear the responsibility. When shearing the laminations, pay attention to the rolling direction of the silicon steel sheets; the length direction of the sheared laminations must be consistent with the rolling direction.
