Materials
Utilizes high-quality domestic and imported cold-rolled grain-oriented (GO) and non-oriented (NO) silicon steel sheets—available in thicknesses of 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, and 0.30mm—characterized by low iron loss and high magnetic permeability.
Structural Features
Employing high-precision slitting and cut-to-length lines (introduced by the company), as well as proprietary, independently developed fully servo-controlled precision cut-to-length lines and integrated CNC cutting-and-punching machines, silicon steel strips are processed into sheets of specific shapes and dimensions. These sheets are then stacked in a prescribed manner to form iron cores of various configurations, such as single-phase three-limb, three-phase three-limb, and three-phase five-limb structures. Thanks to the adoption of a fully mitered stacking method—combined with advanced annealing processes—the resulting iron cores exhibit low loss and are suitable for large-scale production.
Applications
Widely utilized in S11 and S13 series power transformers across a broad range of capacities. Specific applications include SCB10 and SCB11 series resin-insulated dry-type transformers; S11 and S13-M series oil-immersed transformers; SZ9 series on-load voltage regulating transformers; mining transformers; grounding transformers; and various other special-purpose transformers, such as those featuring S11 series high-voltage coils.
