Quality Management Methods for Transformer Core Processing 2026-05-27
Operators must conduct self-inspections and cross-inspections on the parts they process. During the self-inspection and cross-inspection process, if problems are identified and corrected, no penalties will be imposed. However, before transferring to the next process, the parts must be inspected by a full-time quality inspector and can only proceed if they pass. If quality issues are found at this stage, the operator will be penalized based on the specific situation, while the full-time quality inspector will be exempt from penalty. If quality issues are discovered later due to missed inspections or failure to detect them, both the full-time quality inspector and the operator will be penalized once discovered, and the person who identifies the issue will be rewarded. The no-load loss of the transformer core must not exceed the specified design value.
