Grain-oriented coils
Cold-rolled oriented silicon steel is an indispensable and important soft magnetic functional material in the power and electronic industries, with high magnetic induction and low iron loss characteristics.
Mainly used in various industries such as rectifiers, transformers, reactors, and large motors to manufacture iron cores for various types of transformers.
Thickness of grain-oriented coils :0.20mm ,0.23mm,0.27mm,0.30mm,0.35mm ,etc

Core Manufacturing Excellence – From Coil to Core
The process from grain‑oriented silicon steel coil to core involves:
1. Slitting – Precision width cutting with controlled burr height.
2. Punching / Cutting – Step‑lap, mitered, or straight cuts with minimal magnetic degradation.
3. Stacking – Automated or manual, ensuring uniform stacking factor .
4. Annealing (if required) – Stress‑relief annealing restores magnetic properties after cutting; coating must survive this process.
5. Assembly & Clamping – Uniform pressure prevents lamination vibration and maintains low core loss.
